THE FRIDAY 56: January 22nd, 2016

The Friday 56 is a weekly meme hosted by Freda’s Voice, and the rules are pretty simple:

• Grab a book, any book.
• Turn to page 56 or 56% in your eReader
  (If you have to improvise, that’s OK.)
• Find any sentence, (or few, just don’t spoil it).
• Post it.
• Add the url to your post on Freda’s Voice.

This week I’m chose a quote from The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, which I have read and reviewed recently, and I absolutely adore it.

Page 56:

The tunnel twists and turns, the tiny lights providing the only illumination. You have no way of discerning how far you have gone or which direction you are moving.
